How do I uninstall the reader ?

1. Browse your application folder
2. Move your cursor on the mobipocket reader
3. Select Menu
4. Select Delete

How do I delete my eBooks ?

1. Launch the mobipocket reader, in the library you will have a delete option.
2. If you want to make it manualy :
   • Connect your phone to the PC in storage mode.
   • Browse your SD Card.
   • Delete your eBooks folder or just one eBook in this folder.

Why the reader doesn't detect any eBook ?

• Connect your phone to your PC and verify if you have ebooks in the folder "eBooks" on your SD Card.
• If you already have eBooks in this folder, post details with your device name on our forum, and we will happy to help you.

How can I stop security pop up ?

• Open your applications folder.
• Select the mobipocket reader application and click "options".
• In Permissions menu, look at the "read user data" and "write user data" menu.
• In this menus, chose "never ask"

• Open your applications folder.
• Select the mobipocket reader application and click "options".
• In "Application access" choose "Data access".
• For "Read user data" and "Add and edit data", choose "Always allowed"

Why can't I see my PID ?

• If the PID displayed in the about box (of the mobipocket reader) is null, post this issue with your device name and model on our forum, and we will try to support it for a next update.
