He is rescued from Lucifur by a legion of centaurs invoked and sent to Hell by Sylex, the legendry sorceress of Yazmir, and taken to Heaven. Back in Hell, Lucifur is furious over Nebiros's death and wants the head of his slayer as a trophy. On hearing that he has been given sanctuary in Heaven, he sends out a dispatch instructing Jehovah to hand him over. Jehovah refuses and orders Michael, leader of the loyal angels, to meet Lucifur's army in battle on the spiritual plane. This battle escalates into a full-blown war between the kingdom of Heaven and Hell
