Description:
Sigmus enters into the realm of the dead and finds himself the subject of an ancient prophecy - he is destined to become the Prince Of Hades. Our gentle hero fights and defeats Nebiros one of Lucifur's mightiest demons. On his travels through the spiritual plane he encounters Charon Lord Of The Styx and does battle with Lilith mother of the demons and her demonic offspring in his quest to reach Heaven. He also meets and falls in love with an angel called Sirus and does battle in the arena with a nine-headed dragon called a hydra. He is rescued from Lucifur by a legion of centaurs invoked and sent to Hell by Sylex, the legendry sorceress of Yazmir, and taken to Heaven. Back in Hell, Lucifur is furious over Nebiros's death and wants the head of his slayer as a trophy. On hearing that he has been given sanctuary in Heaven, he sends out a dispatch instructing Jehovah to hand him over. Jehovah refuses and orders Michael, leader of the loyal angels, to meet Lucifur's army in battle on the spiritual plane. This battle escalates into a full-blown war between the kingdom of Heaven and Hell
Publisher's opinion:
A Demon Slayer has angels, demons and a war between Heaven and Hell. From start to finish this book delivers both thrills and excitement! To date, this is Peter Steele's first fantasy novel, and if this is anything to go by, we will be deeply interested to see what others he writes in the future!
