Hi! First of all, I could not download the Longman Dictionary I've purchased. It stopped at the middle, and gave the message "the file is not there". Then I eccidentally clicked that TINY "trash" icon, and the e-book was gone. What do I do now?

Don't worry. If you purchased the eBook, it is still in your online account and you can always re-download it at any time.

If you have not already done so, try installing the Reader Desktop : http://www.mobipocket.com/dev/beta/desktop.asp
and enter the "My Account" section and re-download the eBook from there.
