Dear Sirs -

I have sent a couple of request to allow that I can delete some devices to ad new ones. Could you please delete all of these for me?

Device Name: Office PC
Device PID: GGRVJ5H$9I
Date: 7/24/2006
Device Type (optional): PC

Device Name: FREDNOTE(Windows)
Device PID: 4DLTR12$C1
Date: 3/24/2007
Device Type (optional): Microsoft Windows

Device Name: ER0100 eReader
Device PID: M3665JCFTR
Date: 4/4/2008
Device Type (optional): ER0100 eReader

Device Name: LH-774R7PXNW6RD(Windows)
Device PID: MQGNB4V$DJ
Date: 5/24/2008
Device Type (optional): Microsoft Windows|DesktopV6.2B608

I don't understand why, but I did a reinstall (operating system and all) and the code for my desktop changed. I have had to exchange a problem ebook reader, and I have another ebook reader coming, so you might as well clear all the devices. Please do this as soon as possible, as I have the replacement ebook reader, but can not use it until I can add it to the list.

Thanks,

Fred Orton

The reason why you have had this problem is because a reinstall of your system causes your Windows to have a new PID.
The devices' PID have all been deleted.

Kind Regards
