Over the past four years we have acquired several mobipocket dictionaries for our two palm devices.
(Some of them were bought on 26/08/04; order number 190476)

Since one palm device is no longer working, we have bought a new one and would like to use our mobipocket dictionaries with it.

Having tried to access our account "lehmgrube11", we were denied access. We had subsequently had our password reset, then our account was given as "lehmgrube". When we tried to log in, our mobipocket dictionaries were not listed.

What can we do to move our dictionaries from the old device to the new ones?

We are still in possession of the IDs and of the download keys for all our mobipocket dictionaries.

You should be able to download them and transfer them to your new Palm.
