I'm surprised that there was no answer to my original post. I'm wondering if anyone is actually out there!

Here's my problem:

1. I have an Word 2007 Word file with images
2. I save it as a Word 1993 document
3. The images all disappear in the converted Mobi document
4. However. . . if I do a CTRL A in my Word 1993 file, then Cut and Paste this into a fresh Word 1993 document and convert it using Mobi Creator, I DO see the images.
5. Quite a mystery. Hope I get at least one response this time
