I think I get it now. This forum does not really exist. There is no one reading these posts except the posters. Now that I understand, it's easier. Where did you get the idea that someone from the Mobipocket would read these posts?
At the very first page of the forum they say:

And how many times they did say that support is only available trough email link? Three times?

I emailed that flipping contact link three times without response! Yeah, I should have read the FAQ, but you'd think that there would be SOMEONE out there that would respond to a legitimate post. So, I repeat, "I get it! Nobody is really here." I'll figure it out myself. Nobody here seems to want to help.
